Wayne Sandford, owner of the family-run business Sandford Homes and Developments Ltd, has worked in the UK construction industry for the last 28 years. In 2019 we decided to establish ourselves as an independent domestic building contractor working on high-end quality projects in London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. We can provide a range of services from initial feasibility and design, planning and building regulations applications, tender and delivery through the construction phase to completion.
